ABOUT CHIROPRACTIC CARE

What is chiropractic?

In the simplest terms, chiropractic helps to restore the body's natural innate ability to heal, and adapt itself in order to function at its most optimal.

What is the key to a healthy relationship?

- It’s communication!

Without proper communication, you don’t have proper function; and our nervous system is exactly that for our body. Any disturbance to the nervous system causes our muscles, skin, internal organs, immune system, brain and everything else to not function optimally. This affects our overall health and longevity.

Just like going to the dentist yearly for the health of your teeth or to the gym for the health of your muscles; don’t you think the nervous system should also be checked regularly since it controls the whole body?

To correct these issues found in the spine, the doctor gives an adjustment by hand to the spine. The chiropractic adjustment is a very quick, gentle and specific thrust performed into a dysfunctional joint which helps reestablish proper motion and neurological function.

Animals are the same way. At Restored Chiropractic, we’ve gone through extensive training to find the imbalances in the spine and limbs of your loved ones, no matter big or small, furry or fur-less

FAQ

Should your animal see a chiropractor?

- If your animal has a spine and a nervous system and is alive, absolutely!

Chiropractic helps the function of every aspect in the body and helps the body function at its most optimal.

Does this negate veterinarian care?

- Absolutely not. While chiropractic care HELPS with everything, it does NOT take away from necessary veterinary medical care

How often should my animal be adjusted?

- Every body and every situation is different especially with different breeds, jobs, species, etc. Initial care might be once every 10-14 days in an acute case. Maintenance care might be once every 6-8 weeks.

Is chiropractic safe?

- Absolutely when performed by a trained and experienced professional. It’s safe for humans and animals from 1 minute old to 100+ years old.
