Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is to be paid upon completed services day of appointment. No refunds. Doctor has every right to refuse continuing care for outstanding client balance; safety of client, patient or doctor, and/or termination of doctor/client relationship.
